The end of August is here, and with it comes back to school, cooler temperatures, and pumpkin spice everything. If I had to pick, I think I’d say this is my favorite time of year! Crisp Autumn mornings are around the corner, school starts this week, and the holiday’s will be here before we know it. With all three of these things, shopping is a must! The kids need back to school clothes, backpacks, and supplies. Everyone needs to add a few clothing items to their fall/winter wardrobe, and those holiday decorations are already out at every store I’ve been in lately.
One of my favorite places to shop for clothing and home decor is at Zulily. If you’ve never heard of Zulily, they are an online store that offers new sales starting every morning. They have unique brands (even designer brands) and products with prices up to 70% off every day. Some of my very favorite brands are currently on Zulily: Under Armour, Versace, Volcom, Tiffany and Company, and Tom Ford to name a few.
Volcom is a very popular brand among the guys in my house, in fact, it’s my oldest son’s favorite brand. When I saw that Zulily was offering Volcom clothing at up to 50% off, I decided this would be a great time to buy a few items for back to school. I picked up these pieces:

After taking a second look at the Anniversary sale, here are a few more items I’m loving.

Sizing: Jacket- size small, Jeans- size 28 could have gone with a 27. Size down in these.
Sizing: Cardigan- Size small, fits true to size. Jeans- size down 1-2 sizes.
Sizing: Lace top- size small, fits true to size, also comes in pink.
Sizing: Black Top – Size small, runs big, size down. I needed an XS, but store was out.
Sizing: Jacket – Size small, fits true to size. T-shirt – size small, fits true to size.
Sizing: Yellow Sweatshirt – Wearing a size 8 and it is HUGE, but that is all my store had.
Sizing: Plaid Shirt – Runs big, size down. I’m wearing an XS here. Pink Sweater – Runs big, size down.
Sizing: Stripe Shirt- Runs true to size, wearing size small. Lilac Sweater- Runs big. I had to size down to a 2.
Today is the day! The Nordstrom Anniversary sale has begun (for cardholders). I can not believe how many great deals there are. If you are going to shop this sale, make sure to do so soon.
